Warm reminder for the Aichuang membrane meter:

1. The Aichuang membrane meter should be kept upright during transportation and storage; do not lay it down, invert it, or let it collide.

2. The meter should be installed away from fire sources, in a place that is rainproof, moisture-proof, free from vibrations, and can avoid prolonged direct sunlight.

3. Before connecting the Aichuang membrane meter to the pipeline, dust, iron slag, and water must be removed from the pipeline, and the pipeline should be leak-free.

4. It must be installed upright and connected correctly according to the direction of the arrow on the top of the meter for the inlet and outlet; the torque applied to the pipe joint must not exceed 80N·m.

5. A valve that can close the gas path must be installed before the inlet of the Aichuang membrane meter.

6. There must be no gas leaks at the connection between the pipeline and the gas meter, and the gas pressure entering the meter must not exceed 5kPa. When maintaining and debugging the user regulator, the valve before the meter must be turned off.

7. After installing a new meter or changing the pipeline, before the first use, the air in the pipeline must be purged, and it is strictly prohibited to close the valve before the meter during use. Open flame leak detection is prohibited; disassembly by non-professionals is prohibited.
