When the airflow enters the flowmeter, it first passes through the independent core's leading fluid and accelerates, under the action of the fluid, due tothe turbinethe blades of the turbine are at a certain angle to the direction of the fluid flow, at this time the turbine generates a torque. After overcoming the resistance torque and friction torque, it begins to rotate. When the various torques reach equilibrium, the rotational speed stabilizes, and the angular velocity of the turbine is linearly related to the flow rate. The magnets on the rotating transmitter disk periodically change the magnetic resistance of the sensor, thereby inducing a pulse signal at both ends of the sensor that is proportional to the volumetric flow rate of the fluid. This signal is amplified and shaped by the preamplifier, and then sent to the flow integrator along with the pressure and temperature signals detected by the pressure sensor and temperature sensor for processing, directly displaying the standard volumetric flow rate and standard total volume.
