Working Principle of Aichuang Turbine Flow Meter:

The outline of the Aichuang turbine flow meter's shell is similar to that of a Venturi tube. It is large at both ends and small in the middle. There is a set of guiding blades in the contraction section on the inlet side to force the generation of vortices, as well as a rectifying grid to eliminate the vortex on the outlet side to restore the fluid to axial motion. When the fluid flows into the Aichuang turbine flow meter, the guiding blades cause the fluid to rotate under the action of inlet force, and due to the acceleration of the fluid in the contraction section, a vortex is generated at the center of the rotating flow. At this time, as the pipe cross-section decreases, the vortex concentrates on the central axis. When the vortex fluid enters the diffusion section, due to the slower flow rate, the rotating fluid is affected by backflow, and the vortex flow begins to rotate a second time. (At this time, the weight of the object's axial speed is zero), which constitutes the phenomenon of vortex precession, hence it is called precessing vortex. After the detection element measures the precession frequency signal, auxiliary instruments display total flow, temperature, pressure, etc.
