The invention relates to the field of smart devices, particularly to a smart flow ITRON electronic correction instrument. The flow volume ITRON electronic correction instrument is a device installed on a flow base, equipped with temperature and pressure sensors, receiving pulse signals from the flow base, calculating the cumulative volume flow under standard reference conditions (referred to as standard temperature and pressure cumulative flow) using a certain mathematical model, and displaying, storing, and transmitting flow data. The volume ITRON electronic correction instrument is typically used for flow measurement in commercial and industrial settings, capable of correcting temperature, pressure, and compression factors. Currently, most volumetric ITRON electronic correction instruments on the market only have correction functions, but the alarm devices and control systems during gas monitoring are not well developed.

The technical problem that technicians need to solve is to overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology and provide a smart flow ITRON electronic correction instrument. After analysis by the digital processor, the programmable controller sets a digital safety threshold. When the safety threshold is exceeded, the communication module notifies the voice alarm to give an alert, while the programmable controller controls the valve control module to close the valve, solving the above problem.
To solve the above technical problems, technicians have provided the following technical solution: a smart flow ITRON electronic correction instrument, including a shell, RS485 communication interface, pressure sensor interface, temperature sensor interface, flow meter sensor interface, remote control system port, microprocessor, 4-20ma analog signal output port, GPRS communication interface, memory, digital processor, programmable controller, communication module. The lower end of the shell is equipped with RS485 communication interface, pressure sensor interface, temperature sensor interface, flow meter sensor interface, remote control system port, and GPRS communication interface; a microprocessor is installed inside the shell, connected to the (4-20) mA analog signal output port; the (4-20ma) analog signal output port is connected to the GPRS communication interface; the ITRON electronic correction instrument memory is connected to the microprocessor, and the digital processor is connected to the microprocessor and memory; the digital processor is connected to the programmable controller, which connects to the communication module and valve control module; the communication module connects to the voice alarm, and the valve control module connects to the remote control system port. The digital processor obtains digital signals from the microprocessor and memory, and the digital signals processed by the microprocessor are directly transmitted to the digital processor. If the digital processor of the ITRON electronic correction instrument processes incorrectly, it can also first transmit to the memory. The valve control module is controlled by the programmable controller and the remote control system; an external power supply is installed at the lower port of the shell to power the digital processor and microprocessor; the instrument display screen is installed on the outside of the shell for easy understanding of the working status of the flow ITRON electronic correction instrument; the communication module transmits signals to the voice alarm and remote control system.
The beneficial effects of the new ITRON electronic correction instrument are: communicating with the flow reference meter through the RS458 communication interface, collecting temperature and pressure information through pressure and temperature sensors, and when the safety threshold is exceeded, the communication module notifies the voice alarm to issue an alert, while the programmable controller controls the valve control module to close the valve. The remote control system can remotely control the voice alarm and valve control module, constantly monitoring the stability of the gas and intelligently and automatically controlling the closure of the gas circuit.
