The Aichuang turbine flow meter is a flow meter that analyzes and measures using traditional turbine technology. It first converts the flow velocity into the rotational speed of a turbine, and then the rotational speed can be converted into an electrical signal proportional to the flow management. This type of flow meter is mainly used to improve detection as well as instantaneous data flow and total accumulated flow, with its output signal being frequency, making digitalization easy.

When the ferromagnetic turbine blades pass by the magnet, the magnetic resistance of the magnetic circuit changes, thus generating an induced current signal. The signal is amplified and shaped by an amplifier, sent to a counter or frequency meter, displaying the total accumulated flow. At the same time, the pulse response frequency requires a certain frequency, converting between voltage to indicate instantaneous flow. The rotational speed of the impeller is proportional to the flow, and the number of revolutions of the impeller is proportional to the total amount flowing through. The output of the turbine flow meter is a frequency-modulated network signal, which not only greatly improves the anti-interference ability of our detection module circuit but also simplifies the design of the flow quality detection method system. The inertia is small, and for small-sized turbine flow meters, the time constant can reach 0.01 seconds.

The turbine flow meter is the main type of velocity flow meter. When the fluid flows through the turbine flow meter sensor, under the action of the fluid, the impeller rotates, and the speed is proportional to the average speed. The blades periodically cut the magnetic lines of the electromagnet, changing the magnetic flux. According to the principle of electromagnetic induction, a pulse potential signal, i.e., an electric pulse signal, is sensed in the coil, and the frequency of the electric pulse signal is proportional to the flow of the measured fluid.

Turbine flow meters, volumetric flow meters, and Coriolis mass flow meters are three products with good repeatability and accuracy, and the turbine flow meter has its own characteristics. This flow meter product has a simple structure, fewer processed parts, lightweight, easy maintenance, large flow capacity, and can adapt to high parameters, etc. Currently, the technical parameters of this flow meter product can reach: diameter 4-750mm, pressure up to 250MPa, temperature -240-700 ℃, which are difficult to achieve with the other two types of flow meters.

As a commonly used flow meter, the turbine flow meter has developed into a large-scale production scale with multiple varieties, full series, and multiple specifications. It should be noted that the turbine flow meter, in addition to the aforementioned industrial sectors, is also widely used in some special sectors, such as scientific research experiments, national defense technology, and metrology departments, and can be used under high pressure, high temperature, low temperature, and micro flow conditions.
