Aichuang Turbine Flow MeterIt is a turbine flow sensor developed using advanced ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology. Let's take a look at the working principle and structural composition of the Aichuang turbine flow meter.
1. Working Principle of Aichuang Turbine Flow Meter.
When the fluid flows through the sensor and the housing, due to the angle between the blades of the material impeller and the flow direction, the fluid's impact generates a torque on the blades. After overcoming the frictional torque and the resistance of fluid flow, the blades can rotate. Once the torque reaches equilibrium, the rotational speed stabilizes, and the rotational speed is proportional to the flow rate. Since the blades have magnetic properties, they are in a magnetic field that acts as a detector. The rotating blades cut through the magnetic lines of force, periodically changing the magnetic flux in the coils, which induces electricity at both ends of these coils. The pulse signal is amplified by an amplifier, forming a continuous rectangular pulse wave with a certain amplitude, which can be widely transmitted back to the display instrument to show the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative amount of the fluid.

2.Aichuang Turbine Flow MeterComposition.
The turbine flow meter belongs to the velocity flow meter, also known as the impeller flow meter. The impeller flow meter measures the rotational speed of the impeller to reflect the volumetric flow of fluid through the pipeline, utilizing the proportional relationship between the rotational angular velocity of the impeller placed in the fluid and the fluid flow rate. It is a mature high-precision flow meter. The turbine flow meter typically consists of the following five typical parts:
1. Body.
The surface is usually made of steel or cast iron and is connected by flanges. Small diameter instruments can also be connected with threads.
2. Measuring Component.
The turbine is equipped with precision machined blades, which, along with a set of reduction gears and bearings, form a measuring component. Two high-precision stainless steel permanently lubricated bearings support the turbine, ensuring a long service life for the component. The turbine flow meter can also use an external lubricating oil pump to lubricate the bearings, but care should be taken not to over-lubricate.
3. Counter.
The counter panel has the following important basic information:
(1) Maximum working temperature and pressure.
(2) Measurement and minimum and maximum flow rate levels.
(3) Product model and number.
(4) Explosion-proof grade and mark.
(5) Fluid equivalent of low-frequency or high-frequency pulses and their connection methods.
4. Rectifier.
The rectifier is used to ensure that the fluid is in a regular state when flowing through the turbine flow meter, thereby eliminating the adverse effects of disturbances on measurement and ensuring high measurement accuracy.
5. Magnetic Coupling Transmission Device.
This device separates the counter components in a polluted atmospheric environment from the measured gas and transmits the rotational motion of the measuring system components to the counter.
3. Instrument Structure of Aichuang Turbine Flow Meter.
1. The instrument is installed using flange connections, threaded connections, or clamp installations.
2. During installation, the direction of liquid flow should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the sensor housing.
3. The sensor should be kept away from external magnetic fields; if unavoidable, necessary measures should be taken.
4. To avoid affecting the normal transport of liquid during maintenance, bypass pipes should be installed outside the straight pipe sections at both ends of the sensor.
5. When the sensor is installed outdoors, waterproof technical treatment should be done for the amplifier plug.
6. The sensor should select different wiring methods based on the power supply situation of the amplifier and display instrument.
